Intelligent Storage Management JUKI’s ISM Material Incoming Station, an incoming goods desk with scanner, helps to automate the incoming goods process and boost productivity dramatically. Incoming material is scanned and the data is automatically matched with the database of the existing Enterprise Resource Planning system. Simultaneously, a unique ID is created in the system to make every component truly “unique” and to deliver full traceability.

Hereby ensuring an ideal output while simultaneously securing the increasing flexibility of the product program. Our ISM storage management system provides you with this intelligent and flexible storage solution and helps you refocus on your value adding activities. Using the ISM UltraFlex 3600 you will be able to flexibly store up to 3,644 reels, monitor them intelligently as well as oversee the fully automatic import and export of the components.

The EIB 700 evaluation electronics feature connections for four axes. They are ideal for precise position measurement in particular for inspection stations and multipoint inspection apparatuses as well as for mobile data acquisition, such as in machine calibration. The EIB 700 series are ideal for applications requiring high-resolution encoder signals and fast measured-value acquisition. Ethernet transmission also enables you to use switches or hubs for connecting more than one EIB. It is also possible to use WLAN transmission, for example.

Interface electronics from HEIDENHAIN adapt the encoder signals to the interface of the subsequent electronics. They are used when the subsequent electronics cannot directly process the output signals from HEIDENHAIN encoders, or if additional interpolation of the signals is necessary. HEIDENHAIN interface electronics are available in various mechanical designs. Box design Because of their high IP 65 degree of protection, interface electronics with a box design are well suited for a rough industrial environment, for example where machine tools operate. The inputs and outputs are equipped with robust M23 and M12 connecting elements. The stable cast-metal housing offers protection against physical damage as well as against electrical interference. The EXE/IBV 100 series distinguishes itself from the EXE/IBV 600 series primarily in its compact dimensions.

Intelligent Storage Management The intelligent storage management system of the ISM 2000 has been specifically designed to obtain optimum performance regarding storage capacity and total size. The automated system allows fast insertion and extraction of reels and trays stored in standard cases, while the patented multiple outlet enables the simultaneous extraction and insertion of up to 27 reels at a time. Optionally, a module for automatic wireless extraction is available as well as a humidity control unit to control humidity of all of the components inside the ISM systems.

Alongside the standard ICT/FCT process, we can also target every individual production stage for verification, as requested. Efficient inspection strategies and final functional tests are a fixed component of our quality management system. PRUFREX is a manufacturer of test systems and software. In close collaboration with our own test equipment developers, we manufacture beds of nails for the in-circuit test (ICT) and functional test (FCT), alongside test equipment and production aids. Using the entire range of available test procedures, we will develop a strategy that suits your product.

Intelligent Storage Management The ISM 500, JUKIs intelligent dynamic storage solution, has been developed to satisfy the storage needs of the most varied types of components. With the possibility to configure up to 640 different positions, the operator can insert 7″, 13″ and 15″ reels, JEDEC trays, SMT and THT tubes, screen printing frames and foils, THT components etc.

Intelligent Storage Management The flexible storage solution of the ISM 1100 allows flexible storage, intelligent monitoring as well as fully automatic insertion and extraction of up to 1,100 7“ reels on an effective area of just 1.6 m². During the fully automatic insertion and extraction of up to 27 reels there is no user intervention necessary.
